| The fully equipped kitchen/ diner at Springside Cottage complete with granite worktops, combines modern facilities with the character of a traditional country cottage. Facilities include a gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. | ||

| Just off the kitchen is a small vestibule with doors leading to the ground floor shower room and toilet, and the large private patio and garden. The cosy living room has a woodburner, television with gaming console and DVD player. There is a good selection of board games and books. | ||

| Stairs from the living room lead to the family bathroom (bath, basin and wc) and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a full size double bed. Bedroom 2 has full size twin beds. | ||

On those warm summer evenings, enjoy eating 'al fresco' listening to the sounds of the countryside. The large enclosed garden has a patio, barbeque and picnic table with far reaching views of the countryside. Nearby, St Teath (just 1 mile away) has an excellent traditional pub, free range butcher, Post Office and shop while a larger selection of shops, pubs and restaurants can be found at nearby Camelford, Tintagel, Wadebridge and Port Isaac. | ||
